Made-to-Order products require 10-15 days for production only (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase.

Please note that this does not include shipping time, which will vary depending on the destination.

For selected products, shipping will begin within 2-3 days.

(Please note this refers to the date the shipment leaves our facility, not the delivery date.)

• Exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.

• Products cannot be exchanged or returned if worn or damaged.

• Individual allergic reactions may vary. Kantique clearly specifies the materials used for each product, and allergic reactions are not valid reasons for exchanges or refunds.

• If you have allergies, please carefully review the listed materials before purchasing.

For product repairs (A/S), Made-to-Order items are eligible for free repairs within one year. However, additional charges may apply for severely damaged items.

 

 

Care Instructions:

• Silver and other metal products may tarnish when exposed to air or moisture for an extended period. Proper storage and care are essential.

• Store your items in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container to prevent oxidation.

• If tarnishing occurs, rinse with water and clean with a cloth dampened with a cleaning solution. For plated items, gently rub with a clean, dry cloth.
