Our rings are crafted based on Korean KS Standard sizes. Please use the size chart to convert your local size to the correct Korean size.
2. Accurate Measurement Required:
As all rings are custom-made, please measure your finger circumference or ring diameter precisely before placing an order.
3. No Size Adjustments:
Due to the custom-made nature of our rings, resizing or remaking is not possible. Ensure your size is accurate when ordering.
4. No Returns or Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing:
Orders with incorrect size cannot be returned or exchanged.

For product repairs (A/S), Made-to-Order items are eligible for free repairs within one year. However, additional charges may apply for severely damaged items.

• Store your items in a sealed plastic bag or airtight container to prevent oxidation.
• If tarnishing occurs, rinse with water and clean with a cloth dampened with a cleaning solution. For plated items, gently rub with a clean, dry cloth.
